1. Email us for current list of assets for sale.

2. Sign confidentiality/ non-circumvention agreement.

3. Place reservation deposit.

4. Sign purchase agreement directly with owner of assets.

5. Complete full payment.

6. Assets delivered according to the conditions in the purchase agreement.

SELLERS:

Selling assets through PHARMA FIRESALE is simple:

1. Email us requesting we broker the sell of your assets.

2. PHARMA FIRESALE will send you a list of required documentation for the sale.

3. Sign commission agreement with PHARMA FIRESALE.

4. PHARMA FIRESALE will manage the sales process, but you may be asked to provide additional information if requested by the buyer regarding the assets.

5. Once a buyer is found, they will be asked to place a deposit to reserve the asset, and to sign the purchase agreement you provide.

6. Payment and delivery of assets is according to the conditions in the purchase agreement.
